I’m assuming that the murals on the sea walls in Chatan Town are sanctioned, thus not making them graffiti. That difference being quite funny actually! Most of the murals are quite visible along the walking paths, though some aren’t because they are on the other side of the walls and you have to go out of your way to see them. That’s where I wonder if they are instead graffiti and not murals! I will say I found much of the art to be very interesting and fun, sanctioned or not.
